Roy became a licensed real estate agent in 1967 while attending college at
what is now The University of New Orleans. Over the past 40 years his
involvement in real estate has been as agent, investor, developer and
contractor. He has now completed the necessary educational requirements to
sit for his Texas Brokers license and plans to do so in early 2008. He
currently holds the GRI designation and e-Pro certification. Roy moved to
The Woodlands in 1983 and since then has called this home for his family and
two businesses that were based here. From the first real estate sale he made
some 40 years ago to the transaction he might well do for you, he realizes
that any purchase of real estate large or small, residential or commercial,
is one of the greatest decisions an individual or company will ever make and
